Yes we get snow for winter gatherings! We get plenty of snow for cross country skiing and winter sports. Skiing at Durango Mountain Resort is just 30 minutes away. Don’t worry, we have firewood for the fireplace too.

he front of the Ranch house. The 1940 era Ranch house is nestled in the mountainous Junction Creek valley. It is beautifully landscaped as a Colorado Retreat but also very close to Downtown with all its amenities.

Lots of places to enjoy. The Ranch House sits right next to a beautiful trout pond and is the ideal family gathering spot.

Landscape

The views you will enjoy from this 35 acre homestead are really spectacular. There are great places for a hike in the summer or a mountain bike ride on the Famous Colorado Trail which starts near the ranch. There is even a small mountain golf course to test your skill and humor.

Wedding Sites

The ranch has several wonderful places to have a wedding. This spot is bordered on the west by Junction Creek. It is a very beautiful and serene spot that just happens to double as the 4th Golf hole. Wahoooo!

Wedding sites around the pond

Golf hole #4 or Wedding site #1. This site is especially beautiful and is rimmed by Junction Creek. A great spot for a wedding of around 100 People.
